12/5/2012 - Brazil's antitrust regulator (CADE – Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica) approved a joint venture between Cosan and Shell, related to the ethanol business, production and distribution, marketing and sales. Cosan is one of Brazil's largest groups, operating in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Last month, Cosan acquired 60.1 % of Comgas, the Brazil’s biggest gas distributor.
